America’s Bought Expertise has topped a brand new champion.
A very pregnant Jessica Sanchez gained season 20 of the NBC actuality competitors sequence. The Southern California native’s victory—which included the coveted $1 million prize—was introduced through the Sept. 24 finale.
“I am actually emotional proper now,” Jessica stated onstage after accepting her prize. “That is superb, thanks a lot, America.”
After weeks of competitors, the season 20 hopefuls had been narrowed all the way down to the highest 10, which included rapper Mama Duke, aerialists Sirca Marea, rapper Micah Palace, light-up dance group LightWire, musician Steve Ray Ladson, dance group Group Recycled, singer Jourdan Blue, the Leo Excessive Faculty Choir and improv rapper Chris Turner.
All 10 acts gave their last, show-stopping performances on Sept. 23, marking their final probability to win over followers and safe viewers votes.
However in the end, Sanchez’s vocal abilities proved unbeatable.
