Home of Mortal Sin is a 1976 British horror movie a few deranged priest who murders his parishioners for his or her ethical transgressions: “I used to be placed on this earth to fight sin and I shall use each obtainable means to take action.”
Directed by Pete Walker (Home of the Lengthy Shadows; Home of Whipcord, Schizo; Frightmare) from a screenplay by David McGillivray (Home of Whipcord, Schizo; Devil’s Slave) based mostly on a narrative by Walker. Also called The Confessional and The Confessional Murders.

‘Home of Walker’ exhibiting:
On November eighth 2014, Home of Mortal Sin was proven at a ‘Home of Walker’ retrospective organised by Cigarette Burns held on the Barbican Cinema, London.
Interviewed by critic-author Kim Newman earlier than the screening, David McGillivray revealed that he needed to research Catholicism to be impressed for the killing strategies (a flaming incense burner, a poisoned holy wafer and strangulation by rosary beads) and that his most popular title was Mass Homicide.
