US firm Mistral Inc. and Israeli firm UVision have introduced a $982 million deal to produce suicide drones to the US Military, underneath a multi-year contract starting in 2026. The deal covers procurement, coaching, and upkeep.
Ther US Military has chosen UVision’s Hero 120 loitering munitions mannequin, which has a variety of 40-60 kilometers and a one-hour endurance. It could carry numerous payloads, towards armor or personnel. Though UVision has a US subsidiary, Mistral, based mostly in Maryland, will function the principle contractor managing the undertaking within the US.
