Moody Tongue, the world’s first brewery to obtain Michelin stars, is opening its first Florida location, Moody Tongue Sushi West Palm Seashore, on Tuesday, January 7, the latest addition to its culinary portfolio, on the Hilton West Palm Seashore. Opening underneath the course of acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben and Govt Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri, the restaurant will characteristic a 15-course omakase expertise celebrating Moody Tongue’s ardour for exploring hyper-seasonal components with modern beer pairings.
Discovered throughout the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Seashore, the intimate area will spotlight a conventional 14-seat omakase counter and luxe banquette seating. The area will encapsulate the tones, textures and richness of the Moody Tongue model. The contemplative room incorporates a nod to the ocean, the vibrance of the menu and the colours discovered alongside the shoreline.
